Our first year in review has us all praising the Lord for His limitless grace and abundant love as we stand in awe of the many answered prayers. The year concluded with fullness in our hearts for all that the Lord has done yet excited for what he will do next.
In August Sojourners hosted a day trip for the children of City of Angles. Generous
donations from Calvary Chapel Riverside Childrenʼs Church and Lisa Ault provided provisions to take all of the children for a day at the pools to swim as well as school books and much needed uniforms for the high schoolers. We are never take lightly the blessing to give on your behalf. With provisions remaining we were able to visit several of the orphanages bringing milk and bread as well as a full meal for the boys orphanage in Tecate.

September welcomed CC El Monte again. These guys have been inspiring for their
heart towards missions. They are very active and it is a privilege to serve along side. This trip they went to visit the youth girls orphanage at El Faro Rancho blessing them with the gift of their time, crafts. food, worship and teaching. CC El Monte has really become extended family to us as they continue to come and pour out to the people of Mexico.
As the turning of our first year ending approached, Victor and Sonia accompanied pastor Bill Walden from Cornerstone Nappa Valley to his church in Vizcaino to pray and prepare for up coming out reaches for San Bruno, Santa Rosalia, Island San Marcos and Baja Tortugas.
These smaller communities need encouragement and support to reach their people and Pastor Bill has been diligent in his heart to minister to them.
October Sojourners travelled to Mexicali with pastor Jeff From Pomona Valley. This
area was hit by a 7.2 Earthquake in April 2010. Many completely demolished homes now resemble ghost towns yet the spirit of this community is thriving due to the compassion and responses from the body of Christ. Many lives came to the Lord during the outreach with opportunities to minister to many during this visit encouraging them and being mutually encouraged by their spirit.
CC El Monte came again to minster this time to the orphanage City of Angles. This
orphanage has about 40 kids both boys and girls ranging from age 2 -18. A day spent inside due to the rain provided for a great time of connecting through music crafts, food and teaching. An outreach was planned for La Gloria but we had to cancel due to the rain which allowed us more time with the kids and to be able to bless a church to provide food for their community the following day. Blessed are the flexible!
In November we were able to do visit many churches in California to present the
mission. It is so encouraging to see people respond to what God is doing and want to participate. We presented to CC la Puente, CC Monrovia and visited pastor Archie a long time friend and servant to Mexico at Last Chance Ministries.
On the 26th of November Sojourners Mission assisted with co-ordination for CC Costa Mesa youth for visits to Alcandanzo la Vision orphanage and outreach in the community Colonia Alcatrazes. So great to see such a huge group of youth willing to sacrifice to give of their time to others.

So this has been a fruitful time and yet we do not sit idle as we press on to the work
before us. Christmas is approaching and we are excited to begin this season with many opportunities to share the joy we have in Christ and look forward to seeing the body of Christ continue working together to reach the lost.
Isaiah 12:4-5 Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known his deeds among the peoples; make them remember that His name is exalted. Sing unto the Lord; for he has done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
